Just a few little Changes - Volume 2

This is the best stage to make changes. As you can see that is what we are doing right now as we think through the design of our new home. Seeing it on paper is different from seeing the floor plan in person and being able to walk through it. Always, keep an open mind about making a few changes at this stage. Really walk through it and plan out where your furniture will go(have your measurements with you) think again about how you want to use your new space and how you live in your home. Try to imagine every scenario you can; everyday living, parties, kids over, Christmas tree placement and existing special pieces of furniture and art you want to use. If you need to make a change or have a revelation about a piece you need to use this is the best time to make those changes. One Key thing…Hire a flexible GC who is willing to work with you at this stage and not ding you for every little change
