Looking at these videos I am sure you are wondering, "What are they saving???". Well, not much. We are basically saving the footprint of the home, the foundation, basement, part of the brick, and most of the exterior walls(except in the back). The great thing about this is we don't fall under "New Construction" tax codes and rules, which will save us a great deal of time and money. It just doesn't look really pretty right now :). I am sure you will not believe your eyes as you see all we have taken down. It only gets better in the videos to come!
