Mart Trip

All you Ladies and Gents out there that love fabric this video is just a little tease. Fabric can be overwhelming, even if you love it. My suggestion to you, if you are trying to add a piece to a room where you already have existing fabrics, is ALWAYS bring swatches of the existing fabrics you have in that room...ALWAYS!!! To make your trip a little easier go in with 1 or 2 colors in mind and start there. However, don't limit yourself to that, but it is a good starting point. I always tell people to look at what they love and see if they can make it work in the room, you might surprise yourself. If you see a pattern you love it is more than likely offered in several different colorways so ask for it in the colors you are interested in. If you have a solid, stripe/plaid or geometric in the room already look for a floral or tone on tone and vice versa. It never hurts to add in an animal print, especially if it is just an accent piece. Can't wait till we get further along in the design process, then the fun really starts!!!
